Female Care Worker - Childrens Complex Care

Are you looking to work in care and actually see the difference you make?

Serenta Care UK Ltd is looking for an experienced mature, compassionate female Care Worker to provide dedicated 1:1 support for three siblings with complex health needs in their family home. You’ll have a consistent Thursday schedule and full clinical training.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to each child.
  • Support feeding, personal care, and play-based learning.
  • Check and record blood sugar levels accurately.
  • Use PEG and Nippy equipment safely (training provided).
  • Build a fun, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and the Serenta Care team.

What we're looking for:

  • Female care worker (genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Equality Act 2010).
  • Mature, patient, and confident with young children.
  • Experience supporting children (complex needs ideal).
  • Reliable and committed to every Thursday.
  • Willing to complete full clinical and safeguarding training.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
